    Business Development Manager/Director
    This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. This person must be an aggressive and highly motivated hunter. Candidates must have experience in the following: selling to business and technical executives, management of complex technical sales, consisting of a range of IT services, solutions and products.

    Desired Skills:

    • Minimum 3-year track record in successful sales and new business development, preferably in professional services or solution selling.
    • Must be well versed in client development and relationship skills.
    • Ability to be conversant regarding Internet solutions and technology.
    • Ability to show a grasp for understanding technology and its application and implementation benefits rapidly.
    • Ability to work in a strong team environment to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, competitive and fun environment.
    • Must be self-motivated, have a successful sales track record in technology and have the desire to be an integral part of a fast paced organization.

    Education And Work Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least (3) years related experience as above.
    • Proven track record of high quality and high volume sales in a similar environment. Essential Functions:
    • Achieve the annual individual and team sales targets by identifying, developing and closing new business with new and existing clients.
    • Ensure that all leads for new or additional business are qualified and appropriately managed.
    • Supports and drives the RFP, RFI, and proposal efforts to properly propose and sell professional services to a targeted prospect or account.
    • Deliver presentations to prospects and customers.
    • Collaborate with technical and consulting staff to define client solutions.
    • Maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline.
    • Maintain thought leadership in the Internet business & technologies arena.


    SALES REPRESENTITIVES
    Our Sales team members are responsible for working within the client’s team, our sales team and management. We are looking for exceptional, well spoken and polished team members for our growing company. Our sales teams are responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

    INSIDE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Full and Part-time positions available (2-8 hours per day)
    2. Telecommuting Options Available

    4. Primary responsibility is to work within the PBC team to accomplish sales, research and accountability metrics
    5. Team members do spend time cold calling into qualified companies, a team database is set up for each client and all activities are tracked and reported to our clients
    OUTSIDE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
    Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    1. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    2. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and inside sales efforts.
    3. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    4. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
    5. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
    6. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    7. Prepare daily reports.
    8. Manage clients through follow-ups.
    9. Identify and resolve client concerns.
    10. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, pipeline/forecast, follow-up and adherence to goals.
    11. Coordinate with the sales team to accomplish the work required to close sales.
    12. Other duties as assigned.
    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Participate in networking and marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.
    2. Client interaction and management and relationship building
    3. Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees
    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
    1. College-level reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
    2. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver quality presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
    3. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the clients, partners and public.
    4. Work requires some local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license within 60 days of employment.
    5. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
    WORKING CONDITIONS
    Working conditions are normal for an office and/or a telecomunicating environment. Work requires some local travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.



    Client Partner
    PBC's Client Partner position oversee the development of websites; from initial sketches to the final online revisions. Project Managers fill a critical role in our proven web development process by serving as liaison between my company, the client, and our design teams. Project Managers gather and deliver vital information to different players in the web development process in a specific manner to meet design goals and completion dates. Currently this is a work-from-home position.

    Duties include:

    • Meet client on phone and/or in person to discuss their new website.
    • Collect information from client using our forms as a guide.
    • Provide web designers with website specifications.
    • Provide client with estimates, contracts, and web related documents.
    • Oversee basic design and IT issues handled by third parties.
    • Make sure time of completion and all other points of contract are met.
    • Kind people skills and basic sales customer service for % earnings
    • Maintain contact and status updates with my assistant as necessary.
    Job requirements:
    • Basic computer skills including emailing, word processing, and instant messaging. (software may be provided if you ask)
    • Basic Photoshop and/or HTML a plus but not necessary (or some equivalent).
    • Must have computer and phone for work.
    • Ability to learn and clearly communicate basic web design issues.
    • Ability to be the middle man/woman, passing important data in a timely manner.
    • Positive attitude a must with the ability to remain calm and think clearly in stressful situations.
    Benefits:
    • Commission rates currently set at 16% - 30% of gross sale.

    Part-time Market Influencers / Marketing Reps
    Skills:

    Job description:
    Computer Choice, Inc is a small and growing IT consulting firm, looking for an IT Sales associate to lead the sales and assist in growing the business. We are looking for someone that can provide business development and sales among small to mid size companies. This position is commission based only for now and possesses tremendous room for growth.

    *** Excellent compensation structure ***.

    As a part time position, looking for someone capable of providing 5-10 hours per weeks for sales and business development, working from home. This can grow into a full time opportunity.
